RETURNS POLICY

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM THE UK AND MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR UK ADDRESS.

  • If you have purchased your goods online and, within 14 days, are not happy with your The Spare Company online purchase, simply return the goods to us in the original condition including a copy of the original delivery note and a message stating you wish to make a return;
  • For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered. If the item is of high value then we recommend insuring the item for this amount. The courier company you choose should be able to provide you with more information. The Spare Company cannot be held responsible for any stage of the returns process;
  • In the case of an exchange of items please include the returned item, a copy of the original delivery note and a message clearly stating which item you wish to exchange it for. In the case of an exchange, a repackaging fee will be charged to you to cover the cost to us of repackaging the item/s you wish to exchange;
  • All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, to receive an exchange or refund (less any postage and packaging);
  • Any goods returned incomplete e.g. parts missing will not be replaced or refunded;
  • Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

By entering this website you acknowledge that The Spare Company does not offer warranties or guarantees on either second-hand nor nearly-new items, and that all used and nearly-new products offered for sale on this site, or through any other platform The Spare Company chooses to sell its products, are sold as seen and are fitted to buyer's vehicles entirely at the risk of the buyer. We recommend that an independent automotive specialist checks any parts, and the fitting of those parts, before and after they are fitted to your vehicle. We do not have formal or informal relationships with any of the brands/distributors of the used and nearly-new products for sale on this site. New products are offered with a 12 month warranty when proof of purchase is presented. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping is calculated on checkout.
